Who we are
Empowering the next generation of AI innovators
Our mission
KnightAI is dedicated to democratizing artificial intelligence education. We believe that understanding AI shouldn't be limited to technical experts, it should be accessible to everyone who wants to learn.
Our platform combines structured lessons, hands-on projects, and ethical discussions to provide a complete AI education experience.
Our values
- Accessibility
- Making AI education available to everyone, regardless of background or experience level.
- Ethics first
- Integrating ethical considerations into every aspect of AI learning and development.
- Practical learning
- Focus on hands-on projects and real-world applications that build practical skills.
- Community
- Fostering a supportive learning community where knowledge is shared and collaboration thrives.
Our team
KnightAI was founded by BB&N students Leo Song ’27, Eric Shao ’27, and Brandon Xie ’27 through the school's AI Club. What began as a small student initiative has grown into a collaborative project where students explore how artificial intelligence works, how it can be built, and how it should be used responsibly.
As AI tools become more common in school and everyday life, many students are using them without really understanding what's happening behind the scenes. KnightAI was created to make that learning more accessible. Through lessons, hands-on projects, and discussions about ethics, the platform helps students understand both the technical side of AI and the bigger questions it raises.
Our team brings together different strengths. Some members focus on building projects that demonstrate how AI systems work in practice, others help design beginner-friendly lessons, and others explore the ethical and social questions surrounding AI. By combining these perspectives, we aim to create a place where students can engage with AI thoughtfully rather than just using it as a shortcut.

Join us
We meet every Thursday during CABs and anyone is welcome — you don't need any advanced AI experience to help out.
KnightAI is meant to be open to everyone in the community. Whether you're curious about how AI works, interested in building projects, or thinking about the ethical questions AI raises, there's a place for you to explore and contribute.
